Additionally, his teams handle external and internal invoice and payment processing, invoice referral management, and travel and expenses.<\/p>\n<p>Les brings over 28 years of experience in leading and transforming global Order to Cash and AP Services operations. He is a subject matter expert known for developing and executing strategies that drive cash generation, profitability, and operational efficiency. With a rigorous focus on continuous improvement and talent development, Les has a proven track record of exceeding KPIs. He is also a strong project management professional, holding a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto.
