Mark, a Nebraska native, graduated with a double major in Corporate Finance and Commercial Banking from the University of Nebraska of Omaha in 2011. After moving to Colorado with his wife Anna, he discovered his passion for sales, recruiting, and, of course, the mountains. Mark joined High Country Staffing in 2015 after spending nearly 4 years as a Division Director at Robert Half International.  

Since joining High Country, Mark has continued to grow both personally and professionally. He became a partner of the firm in 2020, leads the entire Staffing Division, and was recently promoted to Director of Recruiting Operations. In this role, he helps shape strategy, drive performance, and support recruiter development across the team.    

Sports and anything competitive are right up Mark’s alley. He brings that competitive background and team-oriented nature into his work. He prides himself on being prepared for anything that comes across his desk and believes in building strong relationships with his candidates and clients, genuinely caring about their well-being and success.  

Outside the office, Mark enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife and three children (Dominic, Emerson, and Bryce). They are all huge Denver Broncos fans and enjoy anything camping and outdoor related.
