Phil is CEO of Financial Operations Networks (FON), the parent company of VendorInfo, a leading suite of software-as-a-service applications for vendor onboarding, bank account ownership and other verifications. VendorInfo makes it easy for suppliers to submit documents and see where they stand in the process, and for authorized stakeholders to review and approve supplier details.

Prior to starting Financial Operations Networks, Phil founded and served as CEO of PayTECH, a leading invoice processing, disbursements and spend analytics platform serving companies such as Oracle, Cisco, the Gap, Charles Schwab, JP Morgan Chase and NCR. Under Phil PayTECH grew to process and pay over 100 million invoices annually. PayTECH was acquired by PRGX in 1999.

In 2002 FON founded The Accounts Payable Network (TAPN), which grew to become the world’s largest accounts payable training and certification organization. Diversified Business Communications (IOFM) acquired TAPN in 2013.
