I am the Director of Accounts Payable and Purchasing at the New York Institute of Technology, where I lead a team of six and oversee supplier relations, accounts payable and procurement strategy, travel management, and managing the college\u2019s PCard program. With 28 years at the institution, including 13 years in my current leadership role, I bring deep institutional knowledge and financial expertise to my work.<\/p>\n

Over the past 18 months, I have led a successful ERP system implementation and driven significant improvements in Accounts Payable and Purchasing policies and procedures. I also managed the transition of our PCard program to a new banking partner, enhancing efficiency and controls.<\/p>\n

I began my career in the accounting department, where I developed a strong foundation in financial operations before transitioning to Accounts Payable and Purchasing. This background allows me to align operational processes with broader financial objectives and to mentor my team with a clear understanding of downstream impacts.<\/p>\n

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the New York Institute of Technology and maintain professional certifications as an Accounts Payable Manager and Certified Payment Professional through IOFM.<\/p>\n

Outside of work, I have served as a board member of a local soccer club for over 20 years.
