Erica has over 20 years experience in F&A. In her current role, Erica is the F&A Practice Leader at Cognizant, responsible for the Advisory/Analyst communications, all F&A Strategic Partnerships, and F&A Transformation Advisory & Consulting team. She sets and drives the F&A Practice directives, vision and strategy for the organization.
 
Prior to joining Cognizant Erica has consulted with many Fortune 500 and 100 clients on how to re-imagine their finance functions, by creating capacity, digital capabilities and collaboration within their Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report and FP&A functions.

In her free time, Erica loves to travel the globe with her family and friends, and is an avid dog lover. She spends most of her time in Colorado and Texas, depending on the season.
