Les Smeyers is the Senior Director, SCM Finance for Celestica, where his teams manage all aspects of the Order to Cash business stream, including invoice dispute management, PO/SO validation, invoice delivery, and cash application. Additionally, his teams handle external and internal invoice and payment processing, invoice referral management, and travel and expenses.

Les brings over 28 years of experience in leading and transforming global Order to Cash and AP Services operations. He is a subject matter expert known for developing and executing strategies that drive cash generation, profitability, and operational efficiency. With a rigorous focus on continuous improvement and talent development, Les has a proven track record of exceeding KPIs. He is also a strong project management professional, holding a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto. Since 2017, he has been an Accredited Order to Cash Manager, IOFM.
