Lisa Espenshade is an Associate Director in Accounts Payable leading the Employee Business Expense/Corporate Card, Audit/Period End and Digital Finance teams. Lisa’s teams support employee business expense and corporate cards, integration projects, digital initiatives, SOX testing, duplicate payment prevention/recovery and liability analysis.

Prior to her role in Accounts Payable, Lisa was the Senior Project Manager for the Finance Transformation Management Office (FTMO), supporting the end-to-end process transformation focused on Master Data and Reporting.  Prior to her role in FTMO, Lisa was an Accounts Payable Senior Manager in Folsom, California, and Tulsa, Oklahoma, managing teams responsible for various audit, period-end and reporting functions.

Before joining Verizon in 2004, Lisa spent five years with Sprint in Overland Park, Kansas, performing finance roles in business and wholesale markets and wireless customer solutions.

Lisa has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Kansas and her Masters in Business Administration from Rockhurst University.
