Stephanie Lamsam is an accomplished finance professional and leader of a 40-person Shared Services team across the U.S. and India. With expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, automation, and process improvement, she’s passionate about building efficient systems and developing engaged teams.

Her career spans cost accounting, managerial roles, and corporate FP&A, but she found her true calling in the Shared Services space. Stephanie holds an MBA from Marquette University, is a proud mom to a lively 4-year-old, and recharges through Latin dance, piano, and hot yoga.
