The most comprehensive event dedicated to Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay brings together financial operations professionals from across the country to learn and network with peers, subject matter experts, and solution providers.

IOFM’s Spring 2026 Conference & Expo will take place at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort in Universal Orlando, Florida. Discounted rooms will be available through onPeak, our hotel booking partner.

IOFM CEUs: Receive 13 CEUs toward maintaining a Certification with IOFM! Additional CEUs (+3 for half-day workshop; +6 for full-day workshops; none for Certification classes) are available for pre-conference offerings. IOFM’s premier Certification programs are designed to establish standards for the industry and recognize financial operations professionals who, by possessing related work experience and passing a comprehensive exam, have met stringent requirements for mastering the body of knowledge in their profession. NASBA CPEs: IOFM, A Diversified Business Communications Company, is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors (Sponsor number: 112048) State Boards of Accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual course for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: http://www.nasbaregistry.org. Prerequisites: No prerequisites required. Level: Basic. Delivery Method: Group-Live. Advanced Preparation: None required. Field of Study: Varies based on session attendance; includes Business Management & Organization, Taxes, Personal Development and Computer Software & Applications. Recommended CPE Credit will be based on 1 CPE per 50 minute hour. Recordings of the program do not qualify for CPE credits.

Recommended CPE Credit: Up to 10.5 CPE credits for attending the Conference (if all breakout and general sessions are attended). This number may fluctuate slightly as the schedule is finalized. 

+6 CPEs for a full-day Certification Training class
+6 CPEs for a full-day workshop
+3 CPEs for a half-day workshop

TSBPA CPEs: We have registered with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a CPE sponsor (Sponsor Number: 010357). This registration does not constitute an endorsement by the Board as to the quality of our CPE programs.

Conference menus are published in the mobile app prior to the event for attendees to view all offerings.

Breakfast typically includes a variety of options such as eggs, meat, yogurt parfaits, and baked goods.

Lunch features a rotating menu that always includes a salad, protein options, a variety of sides, and dessert.

No, you don’t need to register for individual general sessions. All general sessions are first come, first served, and rooms are set to a large capacity to accommodate as many attendees as possible.

If you do not have a Value Pass, Pre-conference certifications and workshops do require advance registration and have an additional fee. You can easily add these at the registration desk at any time.

Yes, signage will be available throughout the conference space to help with navigation, display room schedules, and provide important information.

Yes! All certification courses include 3 exam attempts, and you’re not required to take the exam on-site. You can complete it at a later date that works better for you.
