Dan is the Director of Accounts Payable & Disbursements at MassMutual.  In the last 3-plus years his team has implemented numerous process improvements, strengthened its partnership with Procurement and worked to expand and reinforce the internal control environment.  

With over 15 years of accounts payable leadership experience, Dan strongly believes in providing exceptional service to both suppliers and internal stakeholders.  Part of that commitment is to ensure the team is supported, involved in all key decisions and recognized for their hard work and commitment.

Prior to joining MassMutual in 2022, Dan worked at Plymouth Rock Assurance for 19 years. Starting as a Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting, his last role was as the Finance Operations Manager where he oversaw accounts payable, commissions, employee and vendor corporate card programs and was the lead Concur administrator for employee reimbursements and corporate travel.  

Dan began his career at Ernst & Young in Assurance Services, with a focus on clients in the insurance industry.  Dan holds a BS in Accounting from Bentley University and is a Certified Accounts Payable Manager through IOFM.
