A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a master’s degree in Information Systems, Tom leverages both his technical expertise and business acumen to architect and deliver customer-centric solutions that drive measurable results.

Tom has successfully led global transformation initiatives in the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) domains for numerous large enterprises. His work spans business process assessment and optimization, solution implementation, change management, and end-user training.

For over 15 years, Tom has also guided companies through their digital transformation journeys, implementing business automation solutions on the Oracle platform to enhance efficiency and scalability. He plays an active, hands-on role in helping organizations achieve their strategic transformation goals.

In the past seven years, Tom has spearheaded the delivery of oAppsNET’s suite of products featured in the Oracle Cloud Marketplace. These state-of-the-art tools modernize back-office operations, streamline workflows, and drive profitability.
