Yulia Barstow, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning 20+ years in business management and Finance-related fields. As Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Nature’s Way, Yulia is responsible for overseeing financial systems and leading continuous improvement initiatives across all of Finance. Yulia has been with Nature’s Way since 2015 — previously working as a Senior Accountant and Accounts Payable Manager. Yulia’s extensive background in project management, Lean Six Sigma, IT systems implementation, training and team building has enabled her to be a strategic leader with a proven record of making a significant impact on the bottom line for her company and its customers. Yulia holds a master’s degree in both education and music.
