As the Sr. Director of Payables & Receivables at Panera, Josh believes that creating an inclusive culture and developing his team members are critical to success.  Throughout his 25+ years of experience in AP, AR & Payroll in the Sports Marketing, Transportation and Fast Casual Restaurant industries he has developed a passion for process improvement and the use of automation.  Josh earned his MBA from the University of Missouri – Columbia and knows that automation done correctly can deliver efficiency, accuracy and improve the experience for his staff and their guests.
