Josh has over 16 years of professional experience, concentrating on unclaimed property for the past 14 years. He specializes in the management and preparation of state unclaimed property filings, which includes state report preparation, due diligence management, payment preparation, and statutory and administrative exemption analysis. Josh also has public accounting experience in a number of industries for both public and private companies, including healthcare, consumer lending, utility, hotel, restaurant, travel, and employee benefit plans. Prior to joining Ryan, Josh served as an Audit In‐Charge (Senior) for a Big Four accounting firm where his responsibilities included developing audit plans for first-year audits, supervising, teaching, and leading staff on interim and year‐end audits, and performing audits of internal control, including compliance with Sarbanes‐Oxley. He is a member of the Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization (UPPO).
