Patty Dungo Morales is an accredited Accounts Payable (AP) professional with certifications from IOFM in AP Management and Procure-to-Pay Management. She has more than 18 years of AP experience in the aerospace industry.

Patty is an IOFM trainer and instructor for the Accounts Payable Manager Certification program. In June 2026, she earned a Certificate of Completion from Women in Aviation and the Harvard Division of Continuing Education for the Women in Leadership: Online Program for Emerging Leaders. She is excited to share the knowledge and insights she gained from this program during her sessions at the Fall Conference.

Beyond the excitement of space exploration, Patty is passionate about building trust within her AP team by fostering meaningful professional relationships. She believes AP must not only be trusted to “keep the lights on” but also to ensure financial data is accurate and that effective spending controls are in place.

Patty currently serves as AP Manager at Vast Inc., where she is leading the exciting challenge of building the AP department from the ground up as they support Vast’s mission to build the very first private space station. 

On weekends, you can find Patty exploring new cities with her husband and daughter, always on the lookout for great coffee and the best dumpling spots.
